The Hanger Town Compression Impact Anchor Driver is engineered to install concrete tie‑wire wedge anchors from floor level, eliminating the need for ladders, scaffolding, stilts, or scissor lifts. The tool allows installers to load a pre‑tied wired anchor, position it into a pre‑drilled hole, and drive it securely into overhead concrete in seconds.

The driver head features a laterally offset anchor holder that positions the anchor to the side of the inner rod, allowing the attached hanger wire to run straight and parallel to the tool. This prevents wire tangling, improves visibility, and keeps the wire clear of the sliding outer sleeve.

When thrust upward, the sleeve transfers impact through a movable collar system directly into the anchor holder, delivering powerful, controlled driving force. Installers can fully seat an anchor with two to three thrusts.

Extension sections thread onto the head assembly, allowing the tool to be configured for various ceiling heights. With modular reach options, crews can install pre‑wired impact anchors from the ground in spaces up to 18 feet high.
